LPAC Annual Refresher Course
In response to student demand, the LPAC Program now offers an annual “LPAC Annual Refresher Course” – ideal to be sure that you keep your competency to advise on all ASX listed products. The LPAC Annual Refresher Course is cost effective (enrolment fees are $110 inc GST) and convenient (like the LPAC Program, you work in self paced mode).
After the GFC, the pace of change for investors and advisers has never been as rapid. New investments strategies and products are designed and implemented constantly, to keep up with changing economic conditions, risks and opportunities. This creates great opportunities to stay ahead of your peers – and ahead of the markets – by keeping abreast of these changes.
Compliance risks are magnified by rapid change in investments and markets, and so your compliance is enhanced, too, by undertaking the LPAC Annual Refresher Course.
Designed to parallel the structure of the basic LPAC Program, the LPAC Annual Refresher Course covers all 6 modules of the LPAC Program, with cutting edge updates on key new investments, strategies and products – as well as key regulatory changes (eg SIS Act, Tax, etc).
Here’s what we say about the LPAC Annual Refresher Course in its Introduction/Overview:
“The core theme of the LPAC Annual Refresher Course is to look at the key issues that have arisen during the last 12 months (ie 2010) for advisers and investors using the range of ASX Listed Products.
We cover the best and most interesting ideas and critiques that we have seen this year. In these materials – which follow the layout and scope of the 6 modules of the core LPAC program – we provide commentary and analysis, supplemented by additional readings and Activities. As part of your enrolment you will also be able to take a short exam upon completion of these Activities, following the successful completion of which you will receive a Certificate of Completion of this LPAC Refresher Course.
Like you, we are looking forward to remaining at the “cutting edge” of financial planning in 2011 and beyond. Building investment portfolio durability and resilience using ASX Listed Products will be an important part of doing so.”
