Refund Policy
We will refund your purchase price for products or services provided by LPAC Online Pty Ltd, if the product or service:
- was faulty at the time of supply, or
- fundamentally differs from the purpose that you were led by LPAC Online Pty Ltd to believe it was intended to perform, or
- fundamentally differs from a sample you were shown by LPAC Online Pty Ltd.
- stop using the faulty goods,
- immediately report the fault, providing details of the fault to LPAC Online Pty Ltd,
- where appropriate, return the faulty goods within 24 hours to LPAC Online Pty Ltd, and
- ensure that any goods returned are as close as possible to original condition.
